Placing an Order
Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our website, click on any items that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time.
After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button. At this point you can easily make any quantity adjustments you need to make. Just change the quantity to what you would like and click on the "Update Quantities" button.
Here you will also be asked to input your payment details, delivery address and contact details to complete the order. If you have a mobile phone, please be sure to include the number at this point.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Delta, Maestro and Electron cards.
Once you have placed your order a page will be displayed containing your order confirmation number. Please print this page or take note of the number for your records. If you have provided us with an email address you will receive an email when your order has been despatched. Your invoice will be sent to you with your order.
Delivery
When you place an order, the cost of delivery, if applicable will be clearly shown. All orders are despatched within 72 hours, Monday to Friday, and take 3 to 5 working days for delivery. All our deliveries are sent via a trackable courier service.
The delivery service may require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative address to which the package can be delivered. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number, preferable a mobile number, with all orders.
Returns Policy
We want to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction, please inform us by email to info@greenflame.ie.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Wexgen are unable to accept the return of goods which have been damaged or destroyed or are otherwise not re-saleable, including dampness. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Wexgen will retain this information in accordance with its obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988-2003. Wexgen will not divulge any information we receive from customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give your name, email or credit card information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual.

Wexgen Limited understands that our customers are concerned about the security of their personal, debit and credit card details. We take significant steps to protect all your information, especially your payment details, using the latest echnology. We use Realex Payments to process our card payments. Cards are only charged when all products are shipped. All of your transactions are secure. Your personal information (including name, address and credit card number) is encrypted by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software onto a secure server so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
